VitalDrop provides at-home capillary blood collection kits, laboratory biomarker testing through accredited partners, and a digital dashboard with results, trend tracking, and AI-assisted educational insights. The service is provided for wellness tracking and educational purposes and is not a medical diagnosis or treatment.

The VitalDrop membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current listed price. You may pause, skip, adjust frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time from your patient portal. Billing continues until cancellation takes effect.

You are responsible for following the provided collection instructions. If a sample cannot be processed (for example, due to insufficient volume or shipping damage), VitalDrop will arrange a replacement kit. Turnaround times are typical and may vary based on shipping and laboratory volume.

VitalDrop results and AI-assisted insights are educational only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding abnormal or concerning results or any medical condition.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access systems without authorization, or use VitalDrop in violation of applicable laws. You must provide accurate information when ordering and registering.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitalDrop's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VitalDrop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
