How to Return Your Sample
Follow these four simple steps to package and ship your blood sample back to our lab. The whole process takes less than five minutes.
1. Collect Your Sample
Use the Tasso device to collect your capillary blood sample as directed. Once collected, cap the sample tube securely.
Complete collection within 30 minutes of opening the kit.
2. Seal the Biohazard Bag
Place the capped sample tube into the provided biohazard bag. Press out the air and seal it firmly along the zipper.
Make sure the absorbent pad is inside the bag with the tube.
3. Attach the Return Label
Peel the pre-paid return shipping label and place it on the outside of the return envelope, covering any old labels.
Use the return label included in your kit — it's pre-paid and pre-addressed to our lab.
4. Drop It Off
Drop the sealed envelope at any USPS, FedEx, or UPS location. You can also schedule a free carrier pickup online.
Ship within 24 hours of collecting your sample for best results.
